What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee will be enforced if you fail to give us, or your travel agent, sufficient notice before the cancel due date. Cancelation policies vary depending on the reservation. Please review the terms & conditions of the reservation.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, we require a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your room. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. We will charge the credit card only when you cancel your reservation beyond the cancellation policy, or do not show up on the arrival date without any notice.
Acceptable credit cards are VISA, JCB, American Express and Diners.
Are there any additional charge?
No, rates include 10% service charge, 8% consumption tax & the Tokyo Accommodation tax.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please choose the breakfast option on the reservation page if you wish to arrange breakfast, or Contact Us for additional arrangements.
Do children stay free of charge?
Children 6 years old and younger may stay free of charge in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to change/cancel my reservation. How do I do this?
You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to modify or cancel your reservation.
