Takoyaki Cooking

Takoyaki is wet round pastry made from flour, eggs, ginger, and various ingredients and is stuffed with diced octopus. We make it by frying the mixture on a special steel pan with cups and rolling it as it is being cooked until ball-shaped.

Takoyaki pans are used at the workshop, and guests will be instructed on how to cook takoyaki.
